Although the jewelry factory has invested in modern manufacturing methods, every piece of jewelry produced there goes through an average of ten pairs of hands during its production process. This is how modern technology and the latest innovations meet the centuries-old traditions of Finnish goldsmithing. Kalevala jewelry has been awarded the Key Flag symbol as proof of Finnish work.

In the production of Kalevala jewelry, the brand has also invested in responsibility in many different ways, such as recycling materials. 95 percent of the silver used in Kalevala's silver jewelry is recycled, and the remaining five percent comes from Nordic mines.
