How to Buy from Our Online Store
Our online store has a wide selection of products from different brands as well as our own Silván diamond jewelry. The selection is constantly growing and we strive to keep all the brands we represent both in stores and online. However, some brands do not allow their products to be sold online due to contractual reasons, which is why they cannot be found in the selection of our online store.
The stocks of Laatukoru stores are different and therefore the product selection in the online store is not the same as in the store: you may find products in physical stores that is not listed to our online store.
We want to do everything we can to ensure that the online store serves you as well as possible. If you can't find the product you're looking for, you can send a product inquiry about it either by e-mail at lautakoru.verkkokauppa (at) lautakoru.fi or by filling out the contact form .
How to Order:
Ordering from our online store is easy!
- Add the desired product(s) to the shopping cart by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button.
- Click the Shopping Cart icon on top right corner and then the 'Checkout' button to go to the checkout to order your purchase.
- At checkout, fill in your contact information. Please be careful with your contact information, as they are used for communication regarding your order and for delivery notifications of your order. We will never send marketing communications without your consent.
- If you want to order to another address (for example as a gift to a friend), please add the recipient's address details.
- In the next step, you choose the delivery method. For European orders, we offer DHL Express delivery.
- In the third step, you choose the payment method. You can pay for your order with payment cards such as Visa and Mastercard.
- In the last step, check the details of your order, that everything is correct and click the Confirm button to place the order.
When the order has been placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation in your e-mail, which contains the order details. If at this stage you still notice something that needs to be corrected with the order, please contact our customer service immediately or reply to the Order Confirmation email and we may still have time to correct your order. We do everything we can to get your order out as quickly as possible, so please note that it may not be possible to change the order after the order has already been sent.
