Bronze Kalevala Kalevankarhu Earrings From the 90th Anniversary Collection

The bronze Kalevala Kalevankarhu earrings feature a bear designed by Kaisaleena Mäkelä in the 1990s, which returns for the 90th anniversary in a slightly smaller and flatter version. The small stud earrings are made of warm-toned bronze and are delightful for both everyday wear and special occasions. The front of the bronze Kalevankarhu earrings will feature Kalevala Koru's 90th-anniversary stamp from autumn 2026 until the end of 2027.

Kalevankarhu combines Finnish mythology, nature, and timeless jewelry design. Originally part of the Alkuaika collection, the motif draws from the mythical animal figures of northern peoples. The bear's form embodies the power of the forest and northern storytelling traditions. The revamped series brings a familiar theme to contemporary jewelry and celebrates Kalevala Koru's 90-year journey.
