Laatukoru Additional guarantee: one (1) year additional guarantee
One (1) year additional warranty on products purchased from Quality Basket.
Products sold through Quality Basket always come with an official guarantee from the importer and/or manufacturer (usually 2 years). Sometimes, however, it can happen that a defect under warranty becomes apparent after the official warranty period has expired. We at Laatukoru offer an additional one (1) year warranty on all products purchased from Laatukoru, which covers the warranty service of the product you have purchased in accordance with the importer's/manufacturer's warranty conditions at an authorised watchmaker or goldsmith!
The additional warranty is a paid service which requires the purchase of this additional warranty at the time of purchase of the product. It cannot be combined with previous purchases made retrospectively. It is not possible to use discount codes for the additional guarantee.
How the Quality Basket Additional Guarantee works:
- The Quality Basket Additional Guarantee is a one (1) year additional guarantee for a product purchased from Quality Basket.
- The Additional Warranty must be purchased at the time of purchase.. It is not possible to purchase an additional guarantee afterwards.
- The additional guarantee is only valid for one product. The additional guarantee cannot be used for any product other than the one ordered at the time of the order.
- If you order several products at once, you must order a separate Additional Guarantee for each of them.
- All products sold at Quality Basket have an official warranty (usually 2 years) issued by the importer or manufacturer. Defects within this warranty period that are covered by the warranty will be repaired under normal warranty. At the end of the official warranty period, the Quality Basket Supplementary Warranty comes into force and is valid for one year. Defects occurring during this year will be repaired by the official warranty service of the product concerned and the cost will be borne by Laatukoru.
What is covered by the Quality Basket Supplementary Guarantee:
The Quality Jewellery Supplementary Warranty covers, under the importer's/manufacturer's warranty conditions, manufacturing defects in the product (e.g. defects in the watch mechanism or any manufacturing defects in the jewellery) - in exactly the same way as the official warranty of the brand concerned.
The Quality Jewellery Supplementary Warranty must be ordered with the product and is valid for one product only. It is not possible to purchase an Additional Guarantee afterwards.
What is not covered by the Quality Basket Supplemental Warranty:
The Quality Hamper Additional Warranty does not cover defects that are also not covered by the official importer/manufacturer's warranty. These include, but are not limited to, defects that do not fall under the warranty of the manufacturer of the product.
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, etc.) of the product body or body coating during use.
- Normal wear and tear of the product in use (scratches, dents, etc.).
- Normal wear and tear of the watch glass in use (possible scratches or breakage, etc.).
- Moisture damage
