Silver Kalevala Itu seed pendant with gilding

The Kalevala Itu jewellery series is inspired by new life growing from a seed, small sprouts that push up through the soft soil of the forest and through small cracks in asphalt-covered streets. The Itu series reflects nature's unyielding ability and quiet persistence to survive, grow and renew itself. It tells the story of nature's hidden power, which lies within each of us.

Designed by designer and artist Martin Bergström, the Itu jewellery series shows the artist's characteristic way of depicting elements of nature and abstract forms in his own distinctive style. The Kalevala Itu pendant has the shape of a seed and a rough, organic surface. The pendant is silver and half gilded. The pendant comes with a silver curb chain, the length of which can be adjusted: 50cm, 55cm or 65cm.
