Lifetime Warranty for Silván Jewelry

We grant a Lifetime Warranty for all Silván jewelry against manufacturing defects. If a manufacturing defect under warranty occurs, our skilled jewelers will repair the product or replace it with a completely new one. The warranty for Silván jewelry does not cover defects caused by use, dropping of diamonds or other precious stones, or theft.

Examples of situations not covered by the warranty:

  • Scratches, dents or other defects in the jewelry that may have occurred during normal use or as a result of an accident.
  • Changes in the color tone of the precious metal, which have been caused by, for example, various chemicals, such as lotions, conditioners and perfumes, or as a result of swimming (chlorinated water, etc.).
  • Falling of a diamond or jewel. Diamonds and precious stones mounting may get dents and wear with normal use over time.

The warranty also does not apply to rings that have been resized by anyone other than Laatukoru Goldsmiths.

All Silván jewelry is checked in our workshop by professional goldsmiths before warranty repair.

Vintage style Silván Armi Carmosier Diamond Ring with 0,32 ct Diamonds and Blue Sapphire, Rose Gold

The Silván Armi ring is inspired by many well-known Finnish female influencers. The presence of strong, creative, sensitive and emotional women shines in Armi's design language. Today's women's independence and life choices based on their own will can be seen in the round design of the ring and its detailed finish. The gentle blue color of the oval center stone reflects Finnish creativity, softness and timeless design.

The Silván Armi ring has a 7 x 5 mm blue sapphire as the center stone. The diamonds surrounding the center stone have a total weight of 0.32ct and the ring comes with a Silván diamond certificate of authenticity. The body of the ring is made of 14 carat recycled gold.

We use only conflict-free diamonds, which we purchase from European diamond exchanges committed to industry standards. A Silván-certificate of authenticity is always supplied with each diamond ring. In addition to responsible and high quality diamonds 100% of the gold used in our jewellery is recycled.

The Silván diamond jewellery is made to order for you, so delivery is usually between 5 and 8 working days. All Silván jewelry can also be customized in our workshop as a special order. In this case, please contact our customer service. Please note that engraved rings and custom-made products are not returnable.

Made of Ecological Recycled Gold

The gold we use in Silván jewelry is 100% recycled, which we also collect from our customers in our physical stores in the form of old gold jewelry and other gold products. This "old gold" that we buy from our customers is melted down, cleaned and processed into fine gold, after which the fine gold ends up as material for new Silván jewelry.

Responsible and Ethical

All diamonds used in Silván jewelry have been selected on ethical and environmentally friendly grounds. We always require a written certificate from our suppliers about the origin and ethics of the diamonds. Our GIA certified diamonds are fully traceable. Silván diamond jewelry is always accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, and diamonds over 0.50 ct are also accompanied by a GIA certificate.
