Lifetime Warranty for Silván Jewelry

We grant a Lifetime Warranty for all Silván jewelry against manufacturing defects. If a manufacturing defect under warranty occurs, our skilled jewelers will repair the product or replace it with a completely new one. The warranty for Silván jewelry does not cover defects caused by use, dropping of diamonds or other precious stones, or theft.

Examples of situations not covered by the warranty:

  • Scratches, dents or other defects in the jewelry that may have occurred during normal use or as a result of an accident.
  • Changes in the color tone of the precious metal, which have been caused by, for example, various chemicals, such as lotions, conditioners and perfumes, or as a result of swimming (chlorinated water, etc.).
  • Falling of a diamond or jewel. Diamonds and precious stones mounting may get dents and wear with normal use over time.

The warranty also does not apply to rings that have been resized by anyone other than Laatukoru Goldsmiths.

All Silván jewelry is checked in our workshop by professional goldsmiths before warranty repair.

Silván rings are also available with a variety of finishes, including brushed and glass-blasted, rock-patterned and wavy. We use only the finest materials in our Silván jewelry, 9K, 14 or 18 carat white, yellow or rose gold or platinum. The gold used in our Silván jewellery is 100% recycled.

The Silván jewellery is made to order, just for you, so delivery is usually between 5 and 8 working days. All Silván jewelries can also be custom-made in our workshop. In this case, please contact our customer service. Please note that engraved rings and custom-made products are not returnable or exchangeable.

Made of Ecological Recycled Gold

The gold we use in Silván jewelry is 100% recycled, which we also collect from our customers in our physical stores in the form of old gold jewelry and other gold products. This "old gold" that we buy from our customers is melted down, cleaned and processed into fine gold, after which the fine gold ends up as material for new Silván jewelry.

Responsible and Ethical

All diamonds used in Silván jewelry have been selected on ethical and environmentally friendly grounds. We always require a written certificate from our suppliers about the origin and ethics of the diamonds. Our GIA certified diamonds are fully traceable. Silván diamond jewelry is always accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, and diamonds over 0.50 ct are also accompanied by a GIA certificate.
